What works here
Enter your own inputs, compare the calculated results, and export a report. You can save one input snapshot in this browser and import or export input files. Examples are illustrative and do not represent live prices, inventory, or customer records.
Clear limits
- This worksheet is not a contract form, legal notice, signature system, lien record, or jurisdiction-specific compliance tool.
- Approval status is user-entered and not independently verified. Keep signed records in the process required by the project contract.
- Running totals reflect the row order and only the three supported statuses; taxes, retainage, financing, and schedule logic are outside scope.
Privacy and access
The tool does not require an account or a paid subscription. Calculations, attachments, and exports stay in your browser. There are no active ads, affiliate redirects, or checkout integrations. Optional Cloudflare Web Analytics is loaded only after explicit consent.
